The Sustainability Collective was formed by students of the Student Ambassador Leadership Program on campus, in order to promote awareness of sustainability and encourage sustainable practices in all aspects of life.
 

Aims

To promote and enhance awareness of a global ethical sustainability.

To educate the community about ongoing and future efforts to improve sustainability, both at the university and within a global context.

To motivate and inspire students and staff to adopt and participate in sustainable practices and ideas.
 

Overall Objectives

Generate greater awareness of the integrated relationship between all dimensions of sustainability.

Equip students with skills and knowledge to lead more sustainable lives.

Pprovide a platform for the university community to increase sustainable efforts.

Achieve greater participation and improved action in individual sustainability practice.

Create an effective framework and building block for future sustainability projects.

Encourage greater collaboration between students and staff, that reflects the inter-disciplinary nature of sustainability, across all departments.
